FORM FOR THE EXERCISE OF RIGHTS RELATING TO PERSONAL DATA

ACCIONA makes available to Users the following form to facilitate the exercise of rights in terms of personal data protection. For this purpose, we will ask for certain information related to the identification of the data subject and its contact details, to the relationship had with ACCIONA, and with the right they want to exercise. If necessary, we may request a valid form of identification.

The data tagged with (*) are mandatory and without which we will not be able to meet the request. Due to the size of ACCIONA Group and its diversity of activities and businesses, it is highly recommended that you provide us with the rest of the information requested so that we can answer to your request as swift as possible. If your exercise of rights is in relation to a specific activity, in the Privacy Policy you have direct access to the web pages of the main ACCIONA activities, where you can address directly.

All information provided through this form will be considered confidential and will be used exclusively for the purpose of registration and processing the exercise of requested rights. The data will be kept for a period of three years.

ACCIONA will answer the request within a maximum period of one month from receipt of such request. This period may be extended by two months if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests received.

You have the right to know:

  • Whether or not we are processing personal data that concerns you.
